About the Event
🛩️ You're Cleared for Takeoff!Join us at the Post 8 Aviation Explorer Open House. Tour the hangar, meet real pilots, and consider the oldest Aviation Explorer Post 8 (since 1952!) as part of your life experiences.
👩✈️ Who’s it for?
Future aviators ages 14–16 (must have completed 8th grade). Parental figures, too!
✈️ What’s happening?
• Free orientation flight (voucher to be offered due to simultaneous "Radials on the Ramp" with TOP Aviation and Gate 36 Eatery Fly-In).
• Hangar tours & aviation demos
• Snacks, smiles, and sky-high fun! 😄
• A few hangers down is the RADIALS ON THE RAMP event (not Post 8) to visit. Hit two airplanes, errr, birds with one stone!
